Cancellation Policy
I require 48 hours notice in order to reschedule appointments. If 48 hours notice is not given, it will be considered a cancellation. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the nonrefundable retainer fee required for all bookings, which is 50% of the scheduled appointment total. No shows will also forfeit the 50% retainer fee. Late arrivals will be allowed a 15 minute grace period, after which appointment may need to be rescheduled--thus forfeiting the 50% retainer fee. However, this will be left to my discretion if a partial service may be rendered in the allotted time remaining.
